Sale items are not eligible for return.

Please email returns@thisis4.com to begin the process. 

You will have 14 days from date you receive your package to intitate your return. Packages must be postmarked within 3 days of contacting us to qualify for a refund.

Please note all shipping costs for returns are customers responsibility.
